What is the Aspire Pilot Program?

Impowersoft, Inc. launched the Aspire Pilot Program on September 28, 2009.  This short-term program open to select agents will be used to gather data and feedback on the system prior to full commercial launch. To determine if you qualify, please click Request a Quote and submit your completed form to see if your agency fits the specific parameters required for the Pilot Program.

What is the Program’s Criteria?

Impowersoft reviews requests to participate in the Pilot Program based on certain criteria (e.g., agency size and location, current use of an agency management system, etc.). Numerous agencies have qualified to participate and are currently in the implementation process.  If you do not qualify for the Pilot, you are certainly welcome to acquire Aspire at full commercial launch.

What to Expect if You are Chosen to Participate…

Impowersoft has worked tirelessly for over two years developing the software and has been thoroughly testing it since early 2009.  As with any pre-launch product, you may encounter some issues while working with the software.  We anticipate some very minor issues but that is what the Pilot is for.  We want your feedback to improve and enhance the final phase of the development.  Don’t be surprised if Impowersoft contacts each participating agency on a regular (possibly daily or as needed) basis to gather information about their experiences with the software.  We are looking for those special agents who want to work side-by-side with us to enhance the Aspire software prior to its full commercial launch. 

Benefits of Participating in the Pilot Program

• Significant initial fee discounts.  Less than 50% of list commercial launch pricing!
• No monthly fees until Aspire’s full commercial launch (estimated late 2009 or early 2010).
• Grandfathered fees for life with us.
• Opportunity to provide suggestions for enhancing the software.  

Pilot Program Participant Requirements   

• Use the software agency-wide on a daily basis.
• Provide timely feedback about the software including participation in regularly scheduled conference calls and completion of surveys and questionnaires.
• Document any issues with the pre-launch software and immediately email/notify Impowersoft Customer Service.
