Mr. Safeer Hassan
Chairman/CEO

Considered the visionary behind the formation of impowersoft, Mr. Hassan presently serves as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the company.  As a Co-Founder, Mr. Hassan was instrumental in the development of the company's first product, Aspire - Insurance Agency Management Software.  This endeavor allowed him to utilize his professional experience in insurance as well as his education in, and passion for automation and information technology. 

Mr. Hassan began his insurance career in June 2000 as an IT Administrator for a large commercial lines agency in Houston, Texas.  With his "learn with every opportunity" attitude, he quickly became familiar with the ins-and-outs of this retail agency.  Shortly thereafter, he obtained his property and casualty insurance license and then shifted his focus to sales and growth for the agency.  From 2001 to 2005, he climbed the ranks within the agency, and in May 2005, he seized the golden opportunity to purchase the agency from the previous owner.  Since then, Mr. Hassan has founded and co-founded over a dozen companies and presently owns, is a partner in, and consults for several insurance companies and agencies in Texas.

Mr. Hassan is a well-respected entrepreneur in Texas who is known to make smart decisions and produce realistic solutions.  He is well-liked by his peers who admire his contagious positive attitude, laser sharp focus, and extremely high standards for customer service. 

Mr. Hassan grew up in Sugar Land, Texas and graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Information Systems Technology.  While in college, he was a member of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity, one of the many service and social organizations he is still involved with today.

Mr. Hyder Naqvi
Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Naqvi is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of impowersoft. He also currently serves on the company's board of directors.

Mr. Naqvi is the architect behind impowersoft's products and services, and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple departments, including research and development, implementations, customer support, product and service enhancements, and quality assurance.

Mr. Naqvi has over 8 years of experience in the technology field and has been involved in development and implementations of several e-commerce and supply chain management systems, insurance industry management products and project management internet portals for Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to impowersoft, Mr. Naqvi established a successful track record of building start-ups in various industries including companies such as NourTek Solutions (providing technology products and services), A3 Staffing Solutions and UTM Investments. With this experience, Mr. Naqvi adds a keen eye for quality and efficiency to his understanding of business procedures to produce intuitive business products backed by strong customer service.

Mr. Naqvi graduated from DeVry University with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. He then attained an MBA and a Masters in Project Management from the Keller School of Management. Mr. Naqvi currently holds various Microsoft Certifications and is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the American Society of Quality (ASQ).

Mr. Roveen Abante
Chief Marketing & Sales Officer

Mr. Abante is Co-Founder and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer of impowersoft. He also serves on the company’s Board of Directors.

Mr. Abante is responsible for all of impowersoft’s marketing and sales activities including corporate identity, product marketing & management, marketing communications, and public relations. He is also responsible for strategic alliances, B2B relationships, and direct sales.

Mr. Abante has over 10 years of high-tech and sales experience. Prior to joining impowersoft, he played instrumental roles at Motorola, Inc., most recently serving in account sales on the at&t business team. He’s also held numerous sales roles for the Verizon and T-Mobile business at Motorola. Among many of his accomplishments at Motorola, Mr. Abante and his team were honored to be given the WNNRS Club Award, an exclusive distinction given by the CEO to the top sales achievers in worldwide Motorola sales.

Before joining Motorola, Mr. Abante held a variety of sales and marketing positions with BDS Marketing and MarketStar, based in Irvine, CA and Ogden, UT respectively.

Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Abante is also active in the community, serving as an advisor to both profit and non-profit organizations such as Atasco, Inc., a company founded by his family and also numerous charitable organizations throughout the state of Texas.

Mr. Abante is a graduate of the University of Texas @ Austin where he holds a degree in Biology and Certificate of Business.

An avid golfer and automobile enthusiast, Mr. Abante currently resides in Houston, TX with his wife Jan and their two children.
